My group practice specializes in children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. We provide professional, clinical counseling for trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, adjustment issues, women's issues, and family/couple support. If you experience places of challenge in life and want to feel better, we may be a good fit for you!

Our approach is to compassionately support clients in finding greater peace through developing strategies to maneuver through life with more ease, using a variety of therapeutic techniques - including trauma informed work, mindfulness, play therapy, structural family therapy, couples therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR. We support clients with compassion and honesty.
