My specialty is primarily working with individuals dealing with alcohol and substance abuse/dependence and related problems. I am also highly trained in working with individuals with unresolved grief and trauma - persons dealing with depression, anxiety, anger and persons that have that general persistent feeling of being 'stuck' or feeling 'blah' - that disconnect that we tend to feel at times in such a fast-paced environment.

With 14 years of experience in working with adolescents and adults with alcohol / drug addiction, let's explore your personal strengths, those taken-for-granted aspects of yourself that can be used as a coping skill. I'm also experienced in providing corporate trainings including Substance Abuse Awareness, Stress Management and Sleep Hygiene.

I am on a variety of EAP and insurance panels as well to accommodate access for individuals seeking services. I am currently doing sessions 100% via Telehealth.
