PIT Crew Social Group-Neurodiverse Young Adults
A sensory friendly open social group for neurodiverse young adults 18-35 to connect, receive support, and develop independent living skills in fun ways. Weekly on Every Thursday 6-7. In four hours, use experiential activities to uncover messages received earlier in life that cause stumbling blocks to communication. Improve problem-solving and conflict, while re-connecting to your heart. Learn in a safe environment where real situations can be practiced and poor communication beliefs can change for the better. Become aware of coping skills but most importantly stand in your empowerment to speak with compassion and authentically. Trauma Safari utilizes Montessori strategies to retrain the brain.
