I'm so glad you're here. Finding a supportive, therapeutic home can be a difficult challenge for us as queer, transgender, and non-binary people. Therefore, I hold some values to create a safer space: you are the expert in your own lived experience; you already posses the strengths that will help you with the challenges you're facing; you deserve a place without judgement; and you are entitled to be your authentic self. I come from a cross-cultural, social justice perspective, and believe collaboration with you is necessary for your best self. I serve individuals and families.
While my practice works with transgender, non-binary, and LGB individuals and families, I welcome individuals of all sexualities and genders. One size does not fit all, and I will tailor cognitive-behavioral, family systems, trauma-informed, and mindfulness therapies based on goals we set together.
I am currently at capacity with long-term clients. Please email for referrals. I do not take insurance at this time. I recognize health care as a basic right, and am open to discussing wellness within your budget. I do not charge for gender affirming letters or letters of support for LGBTQ asylum seekers. Due to COVID19, this practice is entirely telehealth.
