My specialities include trauma healing, mother wounds, and couples therapy. Although change is uncomfortable, what cost do we and our loved ones pay when things remain the same? We can’t change the past, but we can make sense of it in new and different ways. Our past does not define us…what we do with it will.
Some of the most painful questions a person can ask themselves are: 1. “Why can’t my mom love me?” 2. “Why isn’t my dad there for me?” 3. “Why am I such a failure?”. Childhood hurts reverberate thru generations. As a mother of four, I love to help mothers and fathers be their children’s heroes. Nothing brings me more job satisfaction than helping families.
