This is where I come in. Over the past 17 years, I have used my caring, non-judgemental approach to help my clients to gain expertise in using new and more effective ways of dealing with the every day stresses and strain that can plague relationships and erode self confidence.

As such, I work with children, adults, and couples to help them set and achieve manageable, and personally meaningful goals.
