I work with individuals and families to provide services for those struggling with anxiety, substance use, self- harm, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I cater evidence-based treatment modalities to clients’ specific needs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
When I am with a client, I commit to bring empathy and my down-to-earth personality to build a safe and trusting relationship.
