Mindcraft: FREE Therapy Groups for Young Adults
This group is open to participants aged 20-26 who reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. This group is co-facilitated by myself and Jane Gehrke, AMFT. Groups are offered on an ongoing basis entirely online. Each group runs for 8 weekly sessions, and groups may have varied focuses. Video game therapy may benefit stress management and relaxation, support management of social anxiety and general anxiety, build communication and collaboration skills, and foster peer relationships and social support.
