Have you have ever had the feeling of being “too much” or “not enough” in your relationship with yourself and/or with others? Have you ever struggled with challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, grief, trauma, ADHD, attachment wounds, and identity/self concept? You are not alone; being human can be hard! I treat individuals age 16+ as well as couples to work through these struggles and identify ways to navigate what it means to be human. In addition, I specialize in young adults, athletes, and coaches as I tie in my education and knowledge of Sport Psychology.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State and I also hold a Masters in Sport Psychology. I do not believe there is a “one-size-fits-all” in counseling and my approach is relational and integrative utilizing Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also use aspects of EFT and Gottman.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and counselor is one that is genuine, authentic, and a safe space for change. “Empathy fuels connection” (Brene Brown) and therefore as a counselor I strive to make my clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
