Understanding your lived experiences is our passion. I guide you to understand we and everyone are constantly evolving, self-esteem.
I work from a strengths based perspective, self-esteem based, view all interactions as forms of communication and that we as people want to be our best selves. Since each person is unique, I value getting to know what success means to you and explore how we can get there. I focus on youth, adolescent, and families challenges.
I am a woman of color, who identifies as (Mixed; Black and Salvadoran), and am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. I provide therapeutic services in individual, family, partners, and co-parenting settings by including trauma-informed, strength-based, self-esteem based, and racial justice practices.
