I enjoy helping people who are struggling with grief, anxiety, boundaries, life transitions, & illness to name a few; while providing a warm, safe space for you to be authentic and heard.
I use a collaborative and person-centered approach through a Humanistic lens where I meet clients where they are and help them get to where they want to be by non-judgemental and supportive empathy while promoting resilience. I use an integrative approach by incorporating several modalities and techniques to help each person in a unique and personalized way.
I am passionate about helping others on this unique yet shared experience of life where we all go through our own difficulties and journeys.
