I'm interested in and have experience with helping people as they enter new developmental stages such as early adulthood, empty nesters, and people going through major life changes such as loss and/or divorce. I've worked extensively with psychotherapists as they understand and heal themselves.
I have had the honor of working with people as they learn to understand and manage the experiences of their lives. I strive to provide a safe, empathic, and secure environment where people can explore themselves, their feelings, and relationships.
