However, oftentimes challenges such as life transitions, parenting, school, career, anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss may inhibit us from connecting with the self and others.
I provide psychotherapy to adults, children, as well as couples.I am dedicated to creating space that allows for transformation, whether as an individual or family unit. As a therapist,I use humor in my work, I have a candid yet compassionate approach, and I use empathy to provide clarity in your discoveries.
