My passion is working with couples, the foundation of the family. My belief is that the well being of each family member impacts the whole. This allows me the ability to work with varying ages and unique and diverse problems impacting couples, individuals, and relationships within differing families.
I have intimate familiarity with first responders, allowing me unique insight to support them and their families. I work with committed relationships, communication, affair repair, ongoing family and life transitions, postpartum depression, grief, anxiety, and other difficulties. I draw from AEDP, EFT, Gottman principles, and mindfulness.
