As an experienced clinical social worker, I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to be seen and heard to become the person you aspire to be and feel better. I begin by helping you clarify your goals and dreams and then facilitate your way forward as you access your strengths.
I often use Internal Family Systems to help center and ground you. As a certified practitioner in Somatic Experiencing and a dance movement therapist in training, I include the body as a form of self-expression and a source of self-knowledge. But I will tailor my approach to your individual needs by taking a holistic view and listening carefully to you.
I have helped a wide range of people in a variety of situations over more than 20 years. I strive to be an ally to people of color and to be culturally sensitive. I work collaboratively and without judgment. I consider it a privilege to help you live the best life that you can.
