My work focuses on helping heal traumas both big and small. Traumas can be as jarring as a car crash, or as exhausting as dealing with years of hurt dolled out by an unstable parent or spouse. I am LGBTQIA inclusive and work with individuals over the age of 16. If you find yourself stuck in the same frustrating patterns, if you feel your emotions can be too big to regulate, if you want to show up differently for your life but don't even know where to start, I have two things to say to you: 1. You are not alone and 2. We will find a way. Just show up.
We will work together using whatever technique feels best for you. I have had a lot of success using EMDR to help clients with trauma and emotional blocks. I also integrate techniques that support resilience and self-efficacy such as polyvagal-informed techniques, mindfulness, as well as parts of IFS, DBT and ACT.
