We all experience challenges throughout our lives. My person-centered approach gives you the opportunity to discuss what is meaningful to you. I support adults who wish to build confidence, renew self-esteem, and develop the practical skills and resources necessary to heal from the pain of traumatic and adverse life experiences. My fourteen years of experience supporting people who are challenged by health issues, family issues, and grief and loss has given me a wealth of diverse knowledge. I help people find relief and heal from anxiety, depression, phobias and negative core beliefs.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, an evidenced based treatment, effective in healing trauma and other conditions which may stem from difficult life experiences. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help with exploring thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and Mindfulness techniques for stress management.
