Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and CBT is an effective treatment used to treat symptoms of anxiety and PTSD. It reduces the distress attached to past difficult experiences which reduces fear, people pleasing, self-doubt, worry and overwhelm.
