As an eclectic counselor I will utilize the parts of different types of therapy that will work best for you including CBT, DBT, & EMDR. I work with teens and adults and specialize in election distress, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, trauma, faith transitions, self esteem, and religious trauma. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and am queer myself.
