As a licensed clinical psychologist of over 17 years, I have worked with thousands of high performers, especially black women and BIPOC, by helping them uncover hidden issues that get in the way of true work-life balance and the ability to enjoy the life they worked hard to build. I’ve found that high performers, particularly black women, have difficulty with selfcare and are exhausted emotionally, physically, and mentally. Work-life balance is both a mystery and a necessity, so much so that some say that it doesn’t exist. I beg to differ. I'm not an average therapist and my clients aren't average in their respective careers either.
I help executives eliminate stress, anxiety and burnout so that they can have TRUE work-life balance. As the go-to psychologist for many industries including television and media, and author of Executive Burnout: 7 Reasons Why High Performers Crash and Burn Before Reaching Their Full Potential, my clients can expect strategies that lead to results.
I want the global BIPOC to know that balance is possible and that self-care should be a way of life. Having it all is possible. But it’s nearly impossible to achieve this alone.
