We all face times when we don't know the way forward, when relationships are hard, when we're not sure we can ever get past the pain. But there's hope. I'm honored to get to journey alongside people as they navigate and learn to grow through the difficult areas of their lives. Together, we can work through your struggle and pain so you can walk forward confidently in your life.
I'm passionate about connecting with individuals, youth and families. I offer insight, process areas of struggle, and love seeing forward movement. I also help clients utilizing EMDR. Couples enjoy the Prevention Relationship Enhancement Program, among other means to develop relational wholeness. I specifically tailor therapy based on my clients' needs.
Having grown up in Gakona, Alaska. I enjoy helping people with cross-cultural experiences. Life's difficulties are unique for individuals living in Alaska.
