I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for generalized anxiety, stress, panic attacks, insomnia, and depression. I also provide mindfulness-based interventions for stress management. As a part of therapy, I also teach clients skills that they can use throughout their lifetime for managing stress and regulating emotions.
