I am passionate about helping individuals find their inner strength and voice. I started my own practice, Paris Counseling, after realizing my desire for an open-minded, non-judgmental and safe atmosphere where I can bring compassion, honesty, and humor to therapy. If you are looking for an uptight, stuffy therapist, this probably is not your stop. With my own company, I can ensure all my fellow therapists and employees share my vision. I use a solution-focused approach and work collaboratively with my clients, their support systems, and any other means of assistance, to ensure they receive optimum care.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have over 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Stress Management, Self-Esteem, Work and Career Issues, Infertility and Parenting Support.
I work with clients to help them identify their strengths and achieve their goals. My hope is to empower my clients through their personal journeys of growth. Oh, and we might laugh, because laughing when we can is my favorite.
