As a psychotherapist who works with couples utilizing the Gottman method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I am dedicated to helping couples build and maintain strong, healthy relationships that contribute to their overall well-being and happiness. I recognize the individuality of each couple, taking into account their unique dynamics, communication styles, and challenges. My therapeutic approach is customized to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where couples can openly communicate, resolve conflicts, and enhance their emotional connection.
I’m an EMDR-trained therapist. My primary goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe empathy is crucial to effective therapy, and I strive to understand my client's perspectives and experiences.
I work with couples, adults, adolescents, and children. I meet my clients where they are and employ a variety of approaches and techniques, including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy, Gottman couples therapy, experiential, motivational interviewing, and strength-based.
