I believe therapy can be a catalyst for important changes we want to make in our lives. I work with folx who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD ; people who want to improve their relationships and those who just want to learn more about themselves while building a more pleasurable and purposeful life. Many of my clients seek to enhance their sense of self by unpacking their experience of trauma in the context of varying identities, neurodiversities, family structures, and/or immigration experiences. I also work with children and their families who have experienced stress, life disruptions and trauma.
My approach to therapy starts with building an authentic connection while pursuing goals in a way that uniquely suits your experiences, intersecting identities, and preferred pace. I feel strongly about decolonizing therapeutic spaces and operating from an anti-racist lens. I work to balance being warm and compassionate with being curious and authentic .
My aim is to help you feel less emotional pain, more joy and to help you walk through life as the most aligned version of yourself. I hope to create a space where you can feel the full extent of your joy and pain without shame or guilt. Together, I believe we can carve a path individualized for you.
