Postpartum Healing Group
New mom? Expecting? Our virtual perinatal support group provides support and a safe place for new parents to discuss the emotional challenges of pregnancy and the postpartum period. Burnout and micro-aggressions continue to impact women in the workplace. Covid-19 has exacerbated some of the symptoms of burnout and anxiety many women feel in the workplace and working from home. This group will provide a safe place and tool to navigate work stress and potential burnout.
