Treatment focuses on retraining your brain impacting how you think, feel, and behave. Homework is often assigned to be completed in between sessions. Coping skills are introduced and modeled in your sessions. You will be encouraged to practice the skills outside of your sessions. The pace of progress varies by each individual and that is okay.
My goal is to help you learn healthy coping skills. Healthy coping skills are life skills you can access for the rest of your life. Self-compassion and patience without judgment are essential in the healing process. I am very successful in helping others discover their personal power thus improving the quality of their lives and relationships.
