Fortunately, we’ve got great tools like yoga- which is proven to reduce stress and the possible negative effect on our health. Join us for this 6 week program of yoga, meditation and Somatic Experiencing to help you explore the effects of stress on the nervous system and practice skills to work with problems in a new way. Yoga is always here to help you relax and grow stronger. We’ll show you how to get started. No experience required-Come as you are!
