Immediate availability 10am Saturdays. Are you facing struggles like anxiety, depression (postpartum or otherwise), parenting, relationship or interpersonal / family issues? Maybe you're noticing that- as a response to stress or old habits- you've built an unhealthy relationship to alcohol, substances or food. I provide an open and positive space to explore any of these issues and work with folks to identify realistic and promising solutions for wellness.
I have served adolescent and adult populations impacted by substance use disorder, trauma, co-occurring disorders, domestic violence and family conflict since 2010. You will find me to be warm, personable and judgment-free. Sessions can be as structured (get ready for homework!) or as freeform as you like.
A quote from a favorite book states, "All big things come from small beginnings. The seed of every habit is a single, tiny decision." If you are seeking a caring and client-focused professional to support you on your way to positive change, please reach out. I'd be glad to meet you.
