Welcome! I am passionate about helping you become a more whole version of yourself and am honored to work alongside you in therapy. I can help you process and heal from anxiety, relational wounds, marital conflict, or past and current traumas. We will work together on this journey of self-discovery through looking inward and nurturing your core self.

I am a relationship driven therapist and my approach is collaborative and influenced by an understanding of neuroplasticity, attachment, and trauma. I have training in EMDR, IFS, and AEDP. Through our work together we will gain a new understanding of emotions, and cultivate self-compassion and self love!

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and adolescents. In our work together I hope you experience connection, empathy, attunement, and support as we find healing and insight to past and current patterns that need love and empathy; knowing you do not have to journey alone!
