I understand that going to therapy can be scary and daunting. I create an atmosphere for my clients that is authentic, supportive, and non-judgmental. My goal is for my clients to feel heard, validated, but respectfully challenged when they need to be. I have experience working with people who have or are experiencing trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, attachment issues, perinatal (pre and postpartum) mental health, depression, anxiety, among others.
I work with adults and couples. I hope to help normalize feelings that people often feel when they are struggling. I love to help empower my clients by helping them realize the beauty and strength inside of them, as well as helping them learn about and be their authentic selves, develop and maintain healthy relationships, and identify and feel their feelings

Virtual Support Group for Postpartum Moms
I am certified as a Perinatal Mental Health provider and have extensive personal and professional experience working with postpartum mental health issues. The group is meant to create a safe space for Moms to share and support each other through the joys and struggles of being a new parent. Cost is $25 per person. Minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 10.
