It actually takes a lot of courage and strength to start the process of healing, and if you have made it this far, you are doing amazing.

I want to get to know you and your story. My role is never to tell you what to do or pretend like I know your life better than you do. What I do is listen non-judgmentally and help give you the tools to create your own healing. You have the innate ability to grow and change, sometimes it just takes an extra nudge in the right direction.

It is essential to me that each person who enters my office feels seen, heard, and valued. When life feels like it is going a million miles an hour, it gets easy to feel lost or unimportant, but your life, health, and peace matters.
