I believe humans are beautifully complex beings with a mind, body, and spirit - to isolate healing to only one of these areas is to significantly limit potential growth. Are you experiencing anxiety that has not dissipated no matter how well you try to take care of yourself? Are you noticing that your relationships and career are not where you want them to be, but are struggling to know where to start to make changes? Maybe you are curious about how past challenges and trauma could be impacting you now, and want to break free from the hold that the past seems to have on you.
In our work together, we will practice creating a non-judgmental space where you can tune into your inner wisdom by paying attention to your full experience in the present moment. We will become curious about your upbringing and the social and environmental factors that have influenced your values and beliefs.
Together, we will use a variety of mindfulness, somatic, and experiential techniques to identify and explore patterns, narratives, and systems that have held you back from living a full, meaningful life. You will move from a place of fear and feeling “stuck” to freedom, creativity, and playfulness.
