I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory designation in the state of Ohio. I have extensive experience providing counseling services to individuals of all ages and in many different settings. My areas of competence include; anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, domestic violence, PTSD, stress management, grief, maternal depression, and other behavioral and mental health diagnoses.
I emphasize building a trusting relationship with each person I work with. I offer an integration of empirically based interventions and client centered approaches to assist clients in making positive and healthy changes in their lives.
