We are often unaware of how our early life experiences play a role in shaping how we perceive our world. Together, we can create breakthroughs using evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions.
I enjoy using play-informed interventions with child clients to develop emotional regulation while experiencing growing pains. Helping couples learn to deal with conflict and minimize resentment in a healthy way using principles from Gottman Institute, and college aged and older adults growing through adjustments and transitions.
