I offer individual and couples therapy tailored to the needs of the unique people who walk through my door. With training and interest in working with patients across the lifespan coming from diverse backgrounds, I have special interest in working with emerging adults (older teens to 30's) and couples. I work well with patients struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, anger, depression, and anxiety. As a psychologist, I've learned through my training, research, and personal experience that there is no such thing as "one-size fits all" when it comes to therapy and change.
I strive to create an emotionally secure environment, collaborating with my patients to reach transformative insights and identify concrete steps for growth. I use an evidence-based integrative approach to psychotherapy, in which I explore the deep roots of your distress and utilize practical techniques to implement change.
Both with couples and individuals, I focus on helping patients take an open, curious, and compassionate stance toward themselves. From this place, we can explore the patterns in your relationships, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that are getting you stuck and together we can build the coping skills to find a new way out.
