I'm an active and collaborative therapist who works to move clients past the comforts of what is known and into the possibilities of the unknown. I work with couples across the fluid spectrum, and in monogamist and consensual non-monogamy relationships.

I've worked with couples for 20 years. My approach is based in Family System ideology and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. The benefits of working with these two modalities is a combination of increased self awareness and gaining the practical tools needed to improve communication, tap into desire and achieve more personal satisfaction.
