Life can be so challenging... at times feeling like the point of it all is hidden somewhere. Have you felt lost, wondering how to navigate through the changes of life, the ups and downs that come? Symptoms like anxiety and depression can feel isolating and suffocating, leading you to question how to live out your purpose. I am here and ready to support you. I've started Transformed by Grace, LLC with the intention of guiding my clients through life's stressors with God first as a primary source of support. This will be a space you can share and work toward your transformation, regardless of where you are in your faith.
I am a Christian and a therapist, with 13 years practicing in the social work field. I'd like to offer you a faith based therapy environment, as we work together to explore God's purpose for you in life. My hope is to walk with you through your struggles, providing you a safe place to explore past and current hurt, and symptoms that keep you held down.
