I support people with anxiety, self esteem struggles, interpersonal or relationship issues, life transitions, career difficulties, managing stress, feeling "stuck", health concerns, and/or depression. I also work with all types of partnerships and commitments (romantic or otherwise) on a range of concerns. Therapy doesn't have to wait for a crisis. It can just be a space to process daily events. Being a person is hard sometimes and it's okay to need support!
