As a psychodynamic therapist, I'll listen closely to understand your background first and then move to unpacking patterns. My practice integrates of how the sociopolitical world impacts mental health. My clients often come to therapy during big life transitions, like new parenthood, illness, or breakups, when your old patterns are not working anymore.
