Hello! We're so glad you’re here. Seeking counseling for yourself or your loved one takes strength and compassion, and can be the first step in creating a brighter future. At Growing in Care Mental Health Counseling PLLC, we work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and our experience includes supporting youth and adults with various diagnoses. We utilize CBT and strength based approaches (along with interventions including play and art), while meeting clients where they are at in their growth and healing. We support with needs across settings, including school, employment, and with families.
We have openings at this time, both in person and for telehealth sessions (including after school hours with Kait). Please reach out regarding rates- we're able to provide superbills for reimbursement if your insurance plan allows. Kelsey and Kait accept private pay, and Rachel is in network with some insurance plans.
