Life can be messy! During these times, it can be difficult to balance all of the challenges and expectations that we face on a day-to-day basis. Therapy can be a great space to sort out the messy stuff, explore coping strategies for complex emotions and process difficult events or transitions. Most importantly, therapy is a great space to get to know yourself on a deeper level and create more opportunities for acceptance, change and growth. I aim to create a relaxed, safe and judgment free space for my clients to express themselves and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and holistic with a focus on narrative and cognitive behavioral modalities. I am an LGBTQ identified therapist and specialize in working with LGBTQ identified individuals and related matters. In addition to clinical therapy, I also provide clinical license supervision for LLMSW clinicians.
