Wanting to feel confident, content, and connected? It can feel so challenging and helpless when faced with anxiety, stress, and internal negative thoughts. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, or recovering from people-pleasing or co-dependent relationships, I would love to collaborate with you towards healing. Often our negative thoughts and beliefs about ourselves impact our relationships. If this describes your story and you are seeking a safe place to process, desire to be heard, and are willing to learn tools and skills to make change you're in the right place.
My approach to therapy is relational and based on your individual needs. My focus is to validate your emotions and experience in order to guide you on your journey towards healing. I use a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing your background and past relationships and how it influences your current relational dynamics.
It is such a courageous thing to attempt to find someone who feels trustworthy and safe that you can entrust with the burdens of your life. So I am already so proud of you for searching and my desire is to create a space where you feel safe enough to share the wounds in your life. Book a consultation call or intake appt. through my website.

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, relationship issues or recovering from codependent relationships. First time meeting, we will make sure it is a good fit. Together we will set goals for treatment, and the clients will set the pace of treatment. Most of my clients who meet weekly or biweekly see an improvement after a month or two, with sustained improvement thereafter.

Emotionally Focused and attachment-based are the treatment types I use. In individual or couple sessions this will involve exploring past relationship patterns to determine how those patterns are impacting current relationships. Then new skills will be presented for you to navigate within those patterns including, emotion regulation, communication skills, and boundary setting.
