My experience includes counseling college students, Millenial and Gen Z adults, and couples/partnerships (ENM, poly, etc.) using person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and shame-resilience techniques to build resilience and improve emotional well-being. I offer individual or couples/partnership counseling as well as sex coaching.
Life is complicated, wondrous, messy, and inspiring, and I'm here to guide you through overwhelming life transitions or healing from past emotional injuries.
