My first passion has always been couples therapy. I've aided clients struggling with infidelity, high conflict, parenting issues, mental health diagnoses, and substance abuse. I also have significant experience with individual and family therapy. Even when I am doing individual therapy, I am exploring the larger systems that people live in in order to improve their relationships and overall well-being.
I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families in order to promote well-being and decrease problematic behaviors and thoughts. I believe that building upon the strengths of a client encourages more long-term change. I have an eclectic background pulling from Family Systems, Gottman Method (Level 2), IFS, developmental model, DBT, and EFT.
