I love working with people are open to being curious about themselves and interested in learning more about what has brought them to where they are. One of my favorite parts of working with people is inviting them back into their own bodies and hearts and helping them create within and around themselves an environment that is safe and validating enough for them thrive and live according to their own values. I have been intensively trained by Behavioral Tech in DBT. I also have specialized training in EMDR, Psychodrama, Interpersonal Theory Process groups, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Embodiment, Mindfulness, Brene Brown's Shame Resilience curriculum, etc. I offer a supportive style that balances change and acceptance strategies in moving forward.
I believe that every person is worthy of love and belonging; sometimes various things in our lives, even ourselves, try to convince us otherwise.
