I have 23 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults and couples. I can assist you in finding solutions to your problems and guide you to the path of happiness and success.

I work with young children and teens struggling with behavioral, social and emotional issues. l help teens improve their self-esteem, reduce stress, gain confidence and enjoy healthier relationships with their friends and family. I provide in depth parental support and guidance to help parents improve their relationship with their children.

I provide therapy in four languages: Hindi, Punjabi, English and Urdu. My therapeutic style is warm, engaging, empathic and collaborative, and is rooted in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive behavioral Therapy,Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
