Middle School Girls Empowerment Group – A group where girls can improve self-esteem, manage mood, develop tools to cope with stress and give them a safe place to connect with others. Your child will Learn Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) and how to apply it daily, Mindfulness Strategies, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Social Interaction Skills, and Self-Care.
