As part of my specialties and professional interests, I work with adults and couples experiencing relationship and intimacy issues, sexual difficulties/dysfunctions, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, and compulsive and addictive disorders.
I work with a holistic and client-centered approach, as I believe that an individual's functioning impacts their emotional and physical state. I support couples and families to understand and respect one another, acknowledge, define and negotiate their differences, to resolve conflicts into a supportive and healthier relationship.
As part of extended trainings, I completed the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, hold a Certification in Sexual Health completed at the University of Michigan, and I am Certified in PREPARE/ENRICH (premarital preparation program).
