My passion lies in working with individuals who are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, & OCD. Though I incorporate multiple techniques and theories in session, my approach is primarily rooted in ACT, IFS, & EFT. Together we will build on your strengths & help you more purposefully face life's challenges with openness and awareness.
